Scroll down for tickets!
Overview of the Day:
As an add on, at noon, Becca will be offering a Bee Experience for an intimate group (5ish people). Don a bee keeper’s suit and join Becca at the hives! Get to meet our bees first hand and take a look inside one of their homes. Reserve promptly if you would like to join. Weather permitting. Email fourfarmsplace@gmail.com once you have your ticket! Will fill fast.
Our good friend and local All Inclusive Life founder, and yoga, meditation and ecstatic dance teacher, Leslie Tello will be leading us in a nourishing & grounding yoga practice outside at the Garden House.
Four Farms Place Founder, Becca, is preparing a balance course and woodland earthing path. Creative wheels are still turning and more info will be released as it is conceptualized. Throughout these self paced experiences, prompts will be offered that are designed to deepen our connection to the earth and presence of mind through breathwork, sensory stimulation and other mindful practices.
A farm to table seasonal dinner prepared by Becca will follow the activities. Food will be sourced as organically and locally as possible with as much as we can from our on-site no till natural garden, beyond this we will be supporting our local Sunset Market Gardens and community owned co-op Deep Roots Market. Food will be fully vegetarian, with most items being vegan and gluten free to allow for the most inclusive dining experience. A communal campfire may follow!
Tell your friends and come join us :)
